Manufacturing takes place using advanced plc driven pallet nailing systems, which makes delivery of dimensionally stable pallets with deep-countersunk nails possible.
The main component of the wood used from FSC and/or PEFC certified sawmills is softwood: Whitewood and/or Pinewood, but also types of wood of equal quality such as Poplar wood. All fine-sawn and dimensionally stable.
Fresh wood, wood dried in climate chambers or dried according to ISPM-15 specified heat treatment, and subsequently marked with registration number 150, depending on the applicable export requirements.
We also deliver boxes, crates, sawn pallet parts and strips.
Our ample storage options for sawn wood and ready-to-use pallets allow for speedy delivery, e.g. on demand. Spacious loading and unloading facilities are also located on our own premises.
Finally, centrally located in the Benelux, on the Haven-West industrial estate and adjacent to the A59 Motorway.
